Current Price List

1. Basic Website (6 page maximum)
Our basic Website package includes:

•  Initial design and layout (up to two major revisions allowed - additional revisions charged hourly).
•  Graphical work (may include logo/header, navigational structure, up to two animated banners, graphical text, and photo processing (up to ten photos). Additional photos are ten dollars each. Discounts available for large quantities.
•  Email setup (where possible).
•  Online form for feedback, reservations, etc. (if requested). Shopping carts and secure forms are not included, but may be ordered separately.
•  Basic promo package (see below).
•  Training (if needed).

2. Maintenance
Includes up to five photos added or replaced and a "reasonable" amount of text content (long pages are counterproductive and may discourage sales). Please provide good quality original photos, and "cut and paste" text when possible. Any work beyond one hour will be charged at the hourly rate. Developer will notify Client if work will possibly incur additional charges.

One month - Free
Additional - $50.00/mo.
Annual rate - $500.00

3. Itemized charges
Hourly fees (examples):
$50.00/hr. - Layout, graphics, text, basic JavaScript functionality.
$75.00/hr. - Complex JavaScript programming, Flash animation, additional animated graphics/banners/logos, etc.
$100.00/hr. - Database creation, Asp or Cold Fusion Programming, Java Applets.

Additional pages - $100.00 each (includes up to five photos).
Additional photos - $10.00 each.

Note: In some cases, work may be sub-contracted to provide the highest quality and most cost efficient services.

4. Hosting
We can provide hosting if needed. Costs will vary with hosting package preferences.

5. Promotion
There are many levels to website promotion, and very few services remain free. We can customize a promotion package to meet your personal or corporate needs. Submissions to search engines and other placement services must be renewed regularly, and can be expensive. As corporate sites have discovered, however, you do get what you pay for, and there is no alternative for getting needed exposure. Our basic website promo (included free) includes submission to some major search engines (whichever are still free). Yahoo now charges $300.00 annually, and their requirements are quite strict. This and other non-free promotional sources can be included for an appropriate fee.

6. Website overhaul/redesign
We can overhaul or redesign an entire existing site, including one we originally designed, or work on parts of the website as needed. An effective website needs frequent updating, and a complete or partial overhaul as web technology moves ahead, to keep the pages current and interesting.

We do all overhaul and redesign work on an hourly basis. Adding photos and/or pages can be done by item or hourly.

7. Multimedia CD Production
POP offers multimedia CD-Rom creation, using Macromedia Director and Flash technologies. Sound, video, animation, and text may be combined to create training programs, corporate presentations, family albums and many other items for personal use or for sharing with others.
